1. General Information
Maydesignz products design services operates this website and is a company that provides both custom graphic design services and pre-designed products all transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Products and Services
• Custom Design Services: Custom designs include logos, graphics, personalized accessories, and other personalized items. Terms of service and usage rights for custom designs are outlined in a separate service agreement provided at the start of each design project.
• Pre-Designed Products: Pre-designed items (e.g., home accessories, fabric bags, T-shirts, etc.) are created by Maydesignz and are available for purchase on this website. All sales are final and are subject to the terms specified below.
3. Order and Payment Terms
• All prices displayed on our website are listed in AED and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• For custom design services, it is considered a separate design project and is quoted separately.
• For custom-designed projects, a 50% deposit of the quoted price is required upon project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
• For physical product orders, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery and Shipping
• Custom Design Services: Design files are delivered digitally upon project completion and payment.
• Physical Products: Orders for physical products are processed within 5 to 7 business days of payment. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. Maydesignz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
• Custom Design Services: Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, refunds are not offered once work has begun.
• Physical Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items. The client is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property
• All designs, products, and content available on this website are the property of Maydesignz and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• For custom design services, ownership rights and usage permissions are defined in the specific service agreement.
• Purchased products are for personal use only. Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell any content, designs, or products without written consent.
7. Limitations of Liability
• Maydesignz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
• Maydesignz values your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to fulfill orders and enhance the customer experience.

9. Modification of Terms
